I'm a designer with over 25 years of construction project experience.

Early in my education I came across Louis Sullivan's maxim through studies of his student Frank Lloyd Wright. Both have influenced my thought and design ever since.
To the idealists pointing to aesthetics, "you haven't properly defined the function" for the remainder I give the words of my professor, Zard Sarty "Sex is essential!"

I’ve been a design/build contractor for over 25 years, both as an accomplished entrepreneur and part of various sized teams. I want to use my experience and education, to help make our buildings better & safer.

My work experience covers the life cycle of construction projects; Project Planning & Design, Hands on trades skill, Project Supervision & Troubleshooting; Project As-Building & Turn Over.

I've completed projects large and small, working on residential, commercial and industrial projects; single & multi unit homes, apartments, high rises, retail spaces, agricultural buildings, steel truss buildings and modular camps.

In the Oil Field, Mining and Forestry industries; designing, installing, maintaining and decommissioning remote buildings and building services.

I love a good question or problem. Finding innovative solutions or identifying hidden causes gives me satisfaction. I thrive on understanding the human environment.
